Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed! Is there an extra charge for set-up and teardown? No. If you hire us for 5 hours and your event starts at 5pm, the booth will be ready by 5pm and last until 10pm. Will someone be at my event to take care of the booth? Yes. A professional staff member will be at your event to make sure everything runs smoothly. When are the pictures posted online? Most pictures are posted within 4 days of your event. If it is an exceptionally busy weekend for us, it could take an extra day. Christmas and New Years parties will be uploaded within 7 days. Celebrities will be at my event, can you guarantee their pictures will not be sold? Absolutely. We have had a few, high-profile celebrities in our booths (some being a little too crazy) and would never sell pictures to anyone. We will gladly sign a non-disclosure agreement. If requested, we can have one of the owners at your event (additional fees might apply). Are prints of the photos included in the price? Yes. Our photo booth takes 4 different pictures that are printed outside the booth after each session. Do we get a copy of all the photos on a CD or DVD? Yes. We will provide you with a DVD of all the pictures taken at your event. Because we utilize a very high-quality image file for each picture, we must put them on a DVD. What if someone takes some pictures in the booth that I don't want online? We do look at all your pictures prior to posting them online. We will remove any pictures that you would like.
