Anatol M. Josepho (March 31, 1894 - December 1980), born Anatol Josephewitz, was a Siberian Immigrant to the USA, who in 1925 invented and patented the photo booth. The booth took 4 pictures without a photographer that were printed out a few minutes later. 2 years later, he sold his invention for 1 Million dollars, $500,000 of it he decided to donate to charity. The booths became very popular and were a staple at train stations, department stores, fairs, bus stations and malls. Filmmaker Quentin Tarantino (Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, & Kill Bill), and Motley Crue Drummer Tommy Lee, both have a photo booth at their house, and they REQUIRE that all guests enter the booth!
